Step One

Give Us a Phone Call

We will give you a brief property overview, suggest multiple properties you may like, and get you pre-qualified. Don't have a Social Security number? We offer Texas ITIN lending, so you can apply with your ITIN.

Step 2

Lock Up Your Property

We have 10 subdivisions to choose from at any given time. Visit our properties. We will meet you there or walk you through it over the phone. Once you set your heart on one, reserve it for only $1,000 (Refundable if not approved for seller financing)

Step Three

Get Approved (24 Hours)

Send us your borrower information sheet and some simple documents, we will tell you exactly how much you're approved for within 24 hours

Step Four

Sign Paperwork

8 days after approval, sign the Texas real estate disclosures, deed of trust, & promissory note. This can be notarized at your home, our office, or online. We will file these with the county and the property is now legally yours!

Step Five

Pre-Development

We will provide you with all contacts you need to develop your property. You will apply for a 911 address, get your water meter set up and your power turned on. Then you'll call the county for any required permits

Step Six

Install your home!

Congratulations, you now own your very own piece of land, and you can start building your house, castle, mansion - install your barndominium or your manufactured home!
